Axxel announces the acquisition of Services de Rebuts Soulanges Inc, Les Entreprises Hans Gruenwald Inc. and Centre de Traitement Sud-Ouest Inc., collectively “SRS” by 360 Environmental Solutions Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario.
Donato Ardellini, Founder of 360 Environmental Solutions Ltd. states: “The acquisition of Services de Rebuts Soulanges Inc. provides a tuck- in to our already existing presence in Montreal and allows us to expand our services geographically. The city of Montreal is the second most populated city in Canada, with over 1,7 million people, which represents an attractive opportunity for E360S. This acquisition adds to our liquid waste portfolio in the greater Montreal area and provides us with strategic positioning in this market."
